Vicky’s Saffron Buns

Gorgeous soft sunny yellow Cornish buns, made with REAL saffron strands, dotted with fruit and enriched with butter. For the uninitiated, these buns are like a sort of plump mellow teacake, ideal for toasting, munching straight out of the packer as my daughter does or topped with jam and clotted cream for a twist on a cream tea.
These freeze very well.
