Olfactory Christmas Brew

For this year’s Christmas Brew, Olfactory chose coffees from Rwanda and Brazil with taste notes that bring the festive spirits alive.

Gatare from Ethiopia is warming and spicy with delicate notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. Pocos de Caldas from Brazil brings sweet red grape and orange notes to balance the cup. Brew it as filter or espresso to enjoy sweet and sticky Christmassy flavours. Add milk to bring out the soft, creamy texture with warming spicy notes, just like a mince pie with clotted cream.

When we imagine Christmas flavours in a cup of coffee, they think this is pretty close!
