Da Bara Country Brown Loaf

A tribute to the famous Tartine country loaves made by Chad Robertson. True and beautiful sourdough with just three ingredients – flour, water and salt. Both the country brown and white loaves take 48 hours to create and use an identical baking process, the only variation between them being the different flour combination, resulting in two very different breads both excellent in their own right.

The brown has a very malty taste, evoking flavours similar to the Shreddies breakfast cereal.
