Vicky’s Ciabatta

Light and white with a lacey crumb and a delicious chew, it’s the Italian classic! This is the wettest dough we make and that’s saying something, giving gorgeous big holes in the crumb and a crisp crust. Lots of people have told me this is their favourite loaf to make garlic bread with and its also fantastic sliced lengthways and topped like a pizza.
These do freeze but wrap up well to avoid freezer burn.
