Ripe Yarlish Cornish Cider

Sparkling, full juice wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites, barrel aged, 6.7% abv

50% Yarlington Mill blended with a barrel of largely unknown varieties from a beautiful Cornish orchard.

This is a full-bodied cider, wild fermented and aged on the lees.

We get notes of subtle spice, leather and ripe red apples finishing with a crisp acidity. Very moreish.
