Ripe Late Cornish Cider

Sparkling, full juice wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites, 7.5% abv

The last apples of 2022 were pressed into stainless steel where we allowed a beautiful pellicle to form. It contains three varieties – Tale Sweet, Dunkerton Late Sweet and an unknown red russet variety.

The result is a juicy, delicious, full-bodied cider to be enjoyed anywhere, anytime.
