Cornish Hogs Pudding

A very Cornish creation comprising of pork meat and fat, suet, bread, and oatmeal or pearl barley formed into the shape of a large sausage. A delicious alternative to black pudding. Our free range pork is supplied by Primrose Herd, whose rare and native breed pigs have been reared slowly and non-intensively. This traditional farming ethos results in excellent marbling in the meat and a great flavour, and have won them many national awards as testament to their approach.
