What a wonderful birthday celebration!

What a day! Our Birthday Open Day was such a super celebration of 20 years of Bailey’s, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a lovelier atmosphere.

The shop was buzzing – lots of familar faces, new customers, some of our gorgeous canine friends, plenty of chatting and catching up, and a lovely feeling of everyone coming together to celebrate with us. It was particuarly special seeing customers who have been part of our journey over the years, alongside so many new faces discovering Baileys for the first time.

We were so touched by the lovely messages from customers and friends who couldn’t make it on the day. It really meant a lot to know so many people were thinking of us and celebrating with us from afar. Thank you.

A very special 20th anniversary bag

To mark our 20 years, we have commissioned a beautiful new Bailey’s tote bag, designed especially for us by local lino print artist Mark – Lino Lord.

The design captures the view we know and love so well – looking across the Penryn River towards Penryn Town and Baileys. It is just as we had hoped for – a lovely illustration of the home of Bailey’s and the place we have been proud to be a part of for the past 20 years.

Bailey’s and St Petroc’s

Our Bailey’s branded St Petroc’s bottles of Dynamite Valley Beer and boxes of West Country Tea have also gone down brilliantly with customers. With £1 from each purchase donated to St Petroc’s, it has been wonderful to see so many people choosing to support the charity, who supports people experiencing homelessness in Cornwall, while enjoying a little bit of Bailey’s at home.

And, of course, the day was made even more special by raising £1,568 from our raffle for St Petroc’s. We were absolutely thrilled with the amount raised, and the team at St Petroc’s were delighted with the donation. It was wonderful to see everyone’s generousity helping a charity doing such important work in our local community.

We will continue to offer our St Petroc’s stand of items needed for donation and our branded beer and tea bags if you would like the to help the charity more at any stage.

A huge thank you to everyone who came, donated, sent messages and helped make the day so special.

Here’s to 20 wonderful years of Bailey’s and to the next chapter!

Thank you

Simon, Emma and the Team
