Meet the Team

Simon and Emma

Since moving back to Cornwall in 2006 to set up Bailey’s Country Store, life has not been dull for us! We have four children: Jack, Ella, Ted and Jonty, as well as three dogs, a cat, numerous pigs, chickens and sheep at our home. The challenge of setting up and growing the store makes us immensely proud of the business, our staff and the wonderful customer base that supports us.

Vicki

Vicki became a team meber in 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience in food, and in particular from her time crafting the renowned Cornish Yarg cheese at their local dairy. Beyond her work, Vicki is an enthusiast of deep-sea fishing and all things rural, including fossel hunting and foraging. With her beautiful lurcher Sassy by her side, Vicki's life is all about embracing the local countryside.

Kerstin

Having returned home after 14 years of Middle Eastern adventures (and work!) with my family, I have the pleasure of being part of the dynamic team at Baileys Country Store. We love being back in Cornwall, reconnecting with familiar faces and landscapes and making plenty of new friends on the way. Not to mention our families new love affair with Penny's Pies, and those frozen bake your own pain au chocolat..... Weekends have taken on a new meaning!

Guy

Guy joined the team at Bailey's in November 2019 bringing with him a diverse background, including experiences as both a postman and a police officer. In his free time, Guy tends to his two gorgeous spaniels and nutures a thriving allotment. You'll often discover some of his delicious homegrown produce available in our store!

Hayley

In the summer of 2021 we welcomed Hayley. With a background in dentistry and a creative flair, she posesses a great eye for detail and organisation we welcome! Hayleys heart truly belongs to the outdoors, where she explores with her two adventurous canine sidekicks. Above all, her passion is for her family and friends and for opportunities to explore and travel beautiful places.
