We are looking for a motivated, honest, and hardworking individual to help manage our busy shop and support our fantastic team. The role is full time and based on our shop floor. Whether you’re an experienced retailer or someone with potential and the right attitude to grow into a management role, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent, warm welcome to all customers
- Maintain tidy and well-stocked shelves through merchandising and stock rotation
- Assist with stock taking and manage inventory levels
- Work with the team to ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with lifting heavy bags and other tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Contribute positively to a busy, friendly environment
Key Attributes & Skills:
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- A can-do attitude and self-motivation are essential
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and individually
- Friendly, polite, honest, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills
- Able to lift heavy bags and remain on your feet throughout the day
- A passion for independent, high-quality, local businesses and supporting local producers
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a loyal community customer base
